Since 2014, the Inter-American Network for Fundamental Rights and Democracy has brought together researchers from twelve universities across five Latin American countries to promote scholarship, exchange, and publications on fundamental rights and democratic principles.
An inter-American research network
Red-IDD brings together professors from graduate law programs across Latin America, advancing research lines on fundamental rights and democracy. Each year it convenes around forty scholars at the Jornadas, producing books, articles, lectures, and joint supervision of theses across partner institutions.
